Refund policy
Funds and Returns
Because these parts are intended to be used DIY, and we can not see what has happened to them after delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items you have purchased, unless agreed otherwise before ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is visibly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the product, photo of the item’s condition and your invoice. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In special cases when a return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will refund the full order amount for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return confirmed by us, will not be accepted.
In case of a lost or damaged package, we have to wait until full closure of the research which is done by the shipping company before we can arrange a replacement or do a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded. We will not refund any customs duty, VAT, or any other costs made by the customer, outside the original purchase price.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
